Cooking Chinese Food
On May 14, 2011 there was a special Saturday cooking class. With the help of Ms. Yeong-sun Han and Ms. Yeong-geum Shin, mothers and their daughters came to school to learn how to make Chinese dishes. A special guest also came, a chef from a local Chinese restaurant, to help the students master their cooking skills.
- Kkansyosaeu (깐쇼새우): fried shrimp with hot pepper sauce
- Palbochae (팔보채): 8 different kinds of seafood mixed with vegetables
- Samseon Jajang (삼선짜장): stir-fried noodles with seafood (but never fish)
and black soy bean sauce
